Thank you for choosing Hale Manna for your vacation!

PET POLICY
1. Allowed pets:
2. Prohibited pets: rodents such as, but not limited to, mice and guinea pigs; fish; reptiles; and amphibians.
3. Bringing of pets must ideally be arranged before your scheduled arrival or check-in, although pets within the size limits will be allowed without prior arrangement as long as the guest is booked in an appropriate room. If bringing a dog that may exceed the size limit, please arrange this with our Reservations Team at least three (3) days in advance.
4. A maximum of two (2) pets per day-use group is allowed.
5. For overnight guests, please see the allowed number of pets per room type/location below. Kindly note that for dogs, these numbers apply to small dogs no more than 18 inches at the shoulder.
6. Non-Refundable Pet Fees: The following fees will be added to the accommodation charges when guests bring a pet either for overnight stay or day use:
7. Pet Security Deposit: For overnight guests, a security deposit of P1,500.00/pet/stay must be paid before or upon arrival. The deposit shall cover any damage to the room or other areas of the resort that your pet may have caused. Any unused or excess deposit shall be returned or deducted from your final bill upon check out after our staff’s final inspection.
Damages caused by pets include, but are not limited to, extra cleaning that may be required, stained or ripped linens or rugs, scratches on the floor or furniture, replacement of any items that have been broken or used inappropriately, and loss of income from the room being unavailable due to repairs or excessive cleaning.
8. Pet's Good Health and Temperament: By bringing your pet to Hale Manna, you are guaranteeing that your pet is: fully vaccinated; healthy, that is, has not been sick in the past seven (7) days; free of ticks and fleas; clean and well-groomed; not in heat or estrus (having their period); and generally well-behaved and non-aggressive toward other pets or humans.
9. Pets must not be left unattended, either in the rooms or the common/public areas. Should you need to leave your pet alone in your room, it must be placed in a crate or fenced area, and this should be no longer than six to eight (6-8) hours. Guests are required to bring their own pet equipment as these will not be provided by Hale Manna. Pet equipment includes, but is not limited to:

11. When outside the room, pets must be carried by their owners or in a carrier or on leash at all times.
12. Pet owners shall be responsible for their pets’ behavior and safety. Any waste or accidents must be cleaned up and disposed of by the owner in disposable bags. Pets are not allowed in the bathroom sinks or any of the public bathing areas.
13. Pet owners will need to address any complaints related to their pets made by other guests promptly. Noise must be confined to the room; barking dogs in the public area may be requested to be brought to their rooms. Further offenses may result in the guest being asked to check out.
14. Hale Manna does try to remove stray dogs and cats from the public areas that may still come in, especially by way of the beach at low tide. However, as we were advised that the only solutions local authorities and other services can offer at this time is culling these animals, we have opted for the humane approach and request that you make sure to keep your pet away from the strays.
15. Neither Hale Manna nor its employees would be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of pets during or after your visit.
16. Failure to comply with the conditions above may result in additional penalties/fees or in the immediate cancellation of your room reservation. Hale Manna reserves the right to ask guests to leave if their pets prove too unruly, aggressive, or noisy. If your pet should at any point be considered dangerous by Hale Manna or its employees, you must immediately remove it from the resort.
17. Further updates to this pet policy may be made without prior notice. Guests booking far ahead of their stay dates may wish to review the pet policy a week or two before their stay.
Guests will be required to sign an agreement form on-site, or they can request this via email and pre-fill up the form and sign via digital signature.

- small dogs under 18 inches at the shoulder (except in Barkada Room 11, where medium and large dogs are allowed for an additional fee)
- domestic or house cats
- birds or rabbits if these will be kept in cages or carriers at all times
Dogs and cats must have complete and updated vaccinations, proof of which must be presented to Hale Manna upon check-in if asked.
Guests bringing pets that do not fit the criteria of allowed pets (e.g., outside size limits) may also be asked to cancel their stays. If a booking is canceled for these reasons, a P2000/room/night cancellation fee will apply.

- Rooms in Main House: 1 pet per room
- Superior Twin Rooms 1 and 2
- Superior Queen Rooms 3 and 4
- Family Rooms 5, 6, and 7
- Rooms with Connecting Doors (Ruby + Sapphire Rooms, or Topaz + Emerald Rooms): 1 pet per room, but only if the guests will be taking both rooms; otherwise, the rooms are not eligible for bringing of pets
- All other rooms: 2 pets per room
- Ohana Seaview Cottage 1
- Ohana Seaview Rooms 2 and 3
- Diamond Suite
- Barkada Rooms 8 and 11
- Superior Twin Rooms 9 and 10
- Superior Queen Rooms Jade, Coral, and Gold
- All Family Rooms with Kitchen (Ylang-Ylang, Kamuning, Champaca, and Dama de Noche Rooms)
- For medium or larger dogs, guests are only allowed to bring these when booked in Barkada Room 11.
If a guest is booked in a particular room and wants to bring an inappropriate number of pets for that room, they would be asked to change their room to one that allows the number of pets they have brought (or the size of pet, in cases of large or medium dogs booked in rooms other than Barkada Room 11). If no room fitting their pets are available, they may be asked to change their booking to a date when the appropriate rooms are available.

- Second pet per room (if more than one pet is allowed in the room the guest has booked): P500.00/stay
