FOOD & DININGWhen offered, Buffet Breakfast may be availed of at
only PHP 450 per person. Set meal rates are for groups of 20 or more unless previously arranged with the management. All set meals should be booked upon confirmation of your room or day use booking. Rates per person vary depending on the prearranged menu. We also offer ala carte meals averaging between PHP 198 and PHP 498 per dish and Cebu's favorite thin crust pizza, Handuraw Pizza. Please note that a service charge of 10% may apply for service outside the patio and patio extension (restaurant area) in the Main House. This includes room service and seaside/garden service. PLEASE NOTEMeals are served at our patio dining area, as well as in any beach hut of your choice.
Our kitchen is open from 7AM to 8PM, although if no guests are staying for dinner on a particular day, our restaurant may close early. Early breakfasts or late dining may be arranged in advance upon request. Customers who are not in-house guests are encouraged to make reservations, especially for dinner. FOOD AND COOKING POLICIES
We allow bringing/cooking/grilling of food with no corkage fee, but under the following conditions:
COOKING AND GRILLING
Cooking can only be done in rooms with kitchen, which can accommodate a maximum of 6-8 pax. Note that those staying in rooms with kitchen are the ones who can cook/eat there, or corkage may apply. Food must be prepared and kept in the outdoor kitchen rather than inside the room/sleeping area. We do not allow cooked food inside any of the rooms/sleeping areas.
We can set up a grill for a fee of P200 per grilling pan if you're using/renting a day use hut. We do not allow bringing of outside cooking/grilling equipment. For rooms without kitchen and only if the kitchen is not busy, you may have meat or fish cooked for a fee (P250/kg).
BRINGING OF OUTSIDE FOOD AND UTENSILS
For day users or guests in rooms without kitchen, if you bring food, also bring your own plates, utensils, charcoal, etc. Borrowing items from Hale Manna comes with additional fees per item.
CLEAN AS YOU GO
In-house guests may arrange use of our picnic tables during their stay (huts for day users usually include a table already), but need to clean up afterward rather than leaving this to the staff. If our staff is required to clean after you, a service fee may apply.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please be mindful of your food waste and garbage. Do not use room sinks to clean dishes and strictly no throwing of food scraps down the toilet as these cause clogging and other plumbing problems. For outside food waste, please bring your trash with you when you go.
Failure to follow these conditions will result in additional penalties as it adds extra work for our staff, plus repair and maintenance costs.
