SWIMMING POOL RULES
1. Respect the beauty of the house, coastal gardens and beach areas. Do not vandalize, litter, or “spoil” any part of the property.
2. No smoking inside the house particularly in bedrooms, living room, and dining patio.
3. No rough behavior or play while in the house.
4. No loud music playing while in the house and outside premises.
5. Keep beds, dining/living room furniture, billiard table dry.
6. Do not enter the house with sandy/dirty feet. Please rinse off at the designated area (ask staff) and leave dirty/sandy shoes, sandals, slippers outside by the steps.
7. After swimming, return all used equipment (life vest, beach shoes, rented masks and snorkels), and rinse with fresh water in the outside showers before entering the house to reduce unwanted sand and grime particles.
8. Do not wash or rinse clothes inside bathrooms. Sand and grime make their way into the plumbing system and will clog pipes.
9. If you need to do laundry, or your clothes are heavily embedded with sand, ask staff for assistance.
10. Ensure the safety of your valuables. We keep an open house, and while we do what we can to make your stay safe and comfortable, we cannot look out for your personal items. Please do not leave cameras, cell phones, chargers, wallets, purses, swimming items, etc. unattended especially when outside by the grounds or beach area.
11. Turn off lights & air-conditioning when not in use.
12. Conserve water.
13. Please dispose wastes properly. We aim to practice zero waste management and request your full cooperation.
14. Please be considerate of others and respect their comfort, privacy and peace.
15. Professional photography sessions (e.g. pre-nuptial weddings, modeling, etc.) is not allowed without written permission and approval from the owner/management.
16. Immediately inform management about any problems /issues/concerns regarding your stay.
17. Owner/management reserves the right to deny entry and/or continued stay to guests when deemed necessary.
18. Owner/management reserves the right to apply charges and fees to guests for lost and/or damaged properties/equipment.
Operating Hours are from 7AM to 8PM
